You need to contact us with 14 days of receiving your purchase
to request return.
*Worn Products are Not returnable.
*Products must be returned in new and unused condition.
*Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning any
product to us. (defects exempt)
*Any shipping/handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE

purchase because it is not what you expected, and you would like
to exchange for another product or for a refund, understand that
you will likely be charged a per item return-restocking fee (fees
listed below). Bridal product return fees are evaulated on a case
by case basis and may be discounted under special circumstance.
